Mission. We supply industry leaders in steel production with premium-grade ferrosilicon, and cement and concrete producers with microsilica.

01. An overhead bridge crane with a grab bucket performs loading and handling operations, moving raw materials from the storage bins to the receiving hoppers. The raw materials in the receiving hoppers descend 12 meters and are mixed using a vibrating screen.
02. The resulting charge is conveyed by belt to the charge hoppers located around (14 units) the semi-closed furnace top of the ferroalloy electric arc furnace. The hoppers provide proportional dosing of the charge.

During the production of high-grade ferrosilicon, dust is generated. The aspiration system captures it and cleans it in two stages up to 99.8%.
We sell ferrosilicon aspiration dust as a secondary product – MICROSILICA
